Environmental & Sustainability Assessment

In order to make improvements a good understanding of the current impacts is required. Site visits and first stage data analysis will enable the production of a report detailing current impacts,  priority areas, risks and opportunities.

Raw Material Tracker

Depletion of resources is an ever growing problem for the environment and may cause longer-term production issues for your company. Tracking raw material purchases can assist with managing these resources sustainably, reducing usage and finding alternatives.

Life Cycle Analysis of Products and Services

For a thorough analysis of your environmental impact, a life cycle analysis can be performed on processes and production. A 'cradle to grave' analysis will cover all impacts from raw material extraction through to end-user disposal. This includes input from contractors and visitors.

Carbon Footprinting

Carbon emissions contribute heavily to climate change. As well as the obvious environmental implications, these also impact supply chain reliability due to extreme weather events. Understanding your carbon footprint and reducing it is a key element to improving the company's sustainability and reducing the environmental impact.

Staff Inclusion Tools

Sustainability needs to be integrated into the business at all levels. Often it is the staff that have the best point of view to see potential improvements to processes. Communication, integration and education will ensure sustainability is embedded throughout the business.

Scope 1, 2 & 3 Emissions Reporting

The Greenhouse Gas Protocol details standardised methods of measuring scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions. Working to these methods future proofs your methodologies. Large businesses are now legally required to report their emissions inline with this protocol.

Supply Chain Engagement

Supply chains often form the largest percentage of a company's environmental and social impact. Understanding who your suppliers are and how they operate, limits your exposure risks to bad human rights and environmental practices.

Waste Data Analysis

The first step in reducing your waste impact is by looking at your purchasing patterns. Waste links in with raw material consumption, pollution and carbon emissions. It is often overlooked but plays a key role in improving sustainability.

Hazardous Products Purchasing Tracker

Purchasing patterns, employee use and education, storage requirements, correct disposal. There are many topics within hazardous products use that affect your environmental impact. Get to know what and why you purchase these items to enable reductions and replacements for less hazardous alternatives.

Link With Existing Systems

Much of the information needed to get started will already exist. Health and Safety documents, working hours, production trends, purchasing data, utility bills etc. Understanding current administration processes and linking in with these will save time, effort and costs.
